1. Payment for Individual Lessons and Packages

All individual lessons and monthly packages (4, 8, or 12 lessons) must be paid in advance and in full before lessons can be scheduled or taken.

Payment confirms the student’s booking and acceptance of these Terms of Use.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, are considered completed lessons and are neither refundable nor reschedulable.
3. Use of Monthly Packages

The 4-lesson package is valid for 1 month, the 8-lesson package is valid for 3 months, and the 12-lesson package is valid for 6 months.

All lessons within a package must be used within the same month and cannot be carried over, transferred, or refunded.

Unused lessons expire at the end of the package period.
4. Exceptions for Fortuitous Events

In fortuitous or exceptional circumstances (e.g., unforeseen health issues, family emergencies, widespread technical outages), exceptions may be granted at the provider’s discretion.

Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Updates to These Terms

The service provider may update or modify these Terms of Use at any time.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and/or paying for any lesson or package, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

Which platform do you use for the classes?
All classes are conducted online via Zoom.
Do you offer group classes?
I do not offer open group classes. However, if you already have a group of friends, acquaintances, or colleagues who would like to take classes together, you are welcome to contact me to discuss a private group class.
How many people can join a group class?
Private group classes are available for up to 4 people.
What is the price of a group class?
A private group class for 4 people costs USD 32 per session, which is USD 8 per person.
How long is each class?
Each class lasts 55 minutes.
How often can classes be scheduled?
Classes can be scheduled once or twice a week, depending on availability and the group’s needs.
In what language are the classes taught?
Classes are taught in Spanish, with explanations in English when necessary.
Are the classes adapted to the students’ level?
Yes. Classes are tailored to the students’ level and learning goals.
How can I book a class?
You can contact me to share the number of students, your approximate level, and your availability, and we will schedule the class.
